Ed Brzychcy

Ed Brzychcy is a former U.S. Army Infantry Staff Sergeant who served three combat deployments during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Drawing on lessons he learned while leading teams of soldiers in the military, Ed now coaches business leaders to build more robust, agile, and collaborative teams in their organizations through his consulting firm, Blue Cord Management.

Ed hosts the “Leadership Update Brief” podcast on C-Suite Radio, where he explores the challenge of shifting from military service to the business world. He has published two books on Amazon, “Daily Leadership Reflections,” 30-day guided journals for new and experienced leaders.

Ed earned his MBA from Babson College in 2016 and now teaches in the business school at Endicott College, where he also serves at the Entrepreneur-in-Residence for the Angle Center for Entrepreneurship. He mentors aspiring entrepreneurs via Endicott’s FUEL program and two programs at Babson—Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork (CLTP) and Babson Alumni Supporting Entrepreneurs (BASE).

Ed is a professional member of the National Speaker’s Association and holds leadership positions in several other organizations, including the Salem State University and Babson College Alumni Boards. In 2019, he was given the Navy SEAL Special Warfare Operator Chief Petty Officer Kevin A. Houston Award by Mass Fallen Heroes for exceptionally meritorious and remarkable service to Veterans and Gold Star Families of Massachusetts.
