The InnoVets® program is composed of several initiatives that aim to improve the lives of Veterans, Gold Star Families, and members of the military-connected community.

STRAC is BOSTON’S first home-grown business accelerator for our military Veterans and Gold Star Family entrepreneurs. This program inspires and educates Veterans to establish their own businesses and ventures. InnoVets, in collaboration with our allies, provides dedicated resources and opportunities for them to establish and grow their own businesses, including a business mentor network, and professional consulting services.

Veteran’s EDGE provides employment assistance in fields such as the building trades, manufacturing training, and civil service career fields. We also provide employment legal services for Veterans and members of the National Guard and Reserve to ensure their rights upheld and supported. Veteran’s EDGE also partners with career consultants, mental health providers, financial counselors, Commonwealth of Massachusetts Veterans agencies and programs, and other Veterans Service Organizations to provide access to comprehensive support.

The InnoVets program, through Massachusetts Fallen Heroes, has created a new space, called the Emond Center for Engagement (ECE), to give Veteran and Gold Star entrepreneurs the opportunity to thrive in the heart of Boston’s innovation community. This space will help support and empower our entrepreneurs in many ways by providing them the tools needed to start and grow their potential businesses.
