Massachusetts Fallen Heroes is a recognized 501(c) 3 Tax-Deductible public charity.
Please fill out this application to be in consideration for the 2020 Mass Fallen Heroes Boston Marathon Team. The form MUST be filled out completely.
Completion of this form does not guarantee a bib or a spot on the Mass Fallen Heroes team. You will be notified if you are selected.
If selected, your registration fee will be credited toward your fundraising goal, minimum of $7,500.

MFH Base Ops – Westin Hotel, South Boston Waterfront
MFH Platoon Members will get one hotel room at the Westin Hotel from April 18-21, and the hotel will host our team dinner. We are also working on transportation from Westin to Hopkinton.
